Born in Caracas. Founder and Manager of the business, working for
many years as a tour leader, carrying out trips through out all of
Venezuela. He specialised in the area of Biology, focusing on birds
and botany. A fan of extreme sports, he specialised as a rafting and
kayaking guide in the USA, converting him into one of the pioneers
of these activities here in Venezuela. An enthusiastic explorer, he
now finds himself at the head of the company and always has smiles
for everyone who wants to get to know the little Venice (Venezuela). |
Alberto
Balza "Junior," 26.
Born in the village of San Rafael of Mucuchies at 3,200 meters
above sea level. Son of Luis Balza, who also worked as a cross
country guide, showing his son all that there is to know about
the high mountains and its environment. From a young age he
began working as a mountain guide, specializing in high mountain
climbing. He also studies modern languages at the University
of the Andes. As a nature lover, he decided to try out the environment
of Los Llanos where he converted into a specialist of ofidiology
and mammals of the area, making the trip to Los Llanos or to
the mountains the experience of a lifetime.

Díaz "Skinny Guy," 25.
Born in Merida, son and grandson of high mountain climbers. When it
comes to the mountains, he knows more than anyone does and is also
familiar with all the paths and camping sights for the climb in the
Venezuelan Andes. He’s an excellent cook and a safe climbing
companion, he’ll make the high mountain experience something
to remember. |

Ponte "Bridge," 22.
This is the guide that all the young people want to have, nice
and very joyful. He is very knowledgeable of the zone and is
a guide for Los Llanos and Los Andes. He will make you laugh
with his sudden outbursts and his inpressive knowlegde about
wild life and you can also have a nice time if at the end of
the day you decide you want to "party" with him, he
knows all the popular hot spots in Venezuela.

Born in Caracas. He is a guide that has traveled to all parts of the
world. He’s great with human relations; he knows how to give
each visitor what they need. Knowing all the likes of each place,
he has the ability of helping visitors adept to all the regions of
Venezuela. He is also a professional tattoo artist and is known all
over the world for his work. |

Our company driver, he knows all the routes off the beaten track
in our country. From north to south and from east to west he
